Solotto Whitepaper
Overview
Solotto is a raffle-based token protocol on the Solana blockchain. Instead of buying lottery tickets, you earn entries by trading, holding, and selling Solotto ($LOTTO). Each week, part of the trading volume funds a prize pool, and winners are chosen from eligible holders. This makes Solotto a gamified trading experience where traders can profit from swings and also have a chance at raffle prizes.
Fee Structure
Pump.fun charges Creator, Protocol, and LP fees. Only the Creator fee funds Solotto’s raffle and infrastructure wallet. For example, at a $100k market cap, the Creator fee might be around 0.95%. This fee is used for the weekly prize pool and the growth wallet.
Note: Creator fees are dynamic and change based on the market cap of $LOTTO. For the full fee structure, visit: pump.fun/docs/fees
Prize Pool Formula
The weekly prize pool is calculated as:
Weekly Prize Pool = (Weekly Trading Volume) × (Creator Fee %) × 70%
(30% of the creator fee goes to the infrastructure wallet).
Tier Prize Structure
- Tier 1 (Top 5%): 40% of the prize pool.
- Tier 2 (Next 15%): 30% of the prize pool.
- Tier 3 (Next 30%): 20% of the prize pool.
- Tier 4 (Next 50%): 10% of the prize pool.
Roadmap and Future Plans
- Phase 1: Launch with manual weekly raffles and gather feedback.
- Phase 2: Use the infrastructure wallet to grow and introduce more automation.
- Phase 3: Automate with smart contracts and keep the community involved in future expansions.
Security and Fairness Measures
We start with transparent, manual winner selection and plan to integrate on-chain randomness and smart contracts as we grow.
Community Involvement
We’ll regularly seek community feedback and keep everyone involved in decisions about changes and new ideas.
Future Expansion
We envision partnerships and new integrations with other Solana projects over time to expand the ecosystem.
Legal Disclaimer
The name “Solotto” combines “Sol” and “lotto” for branding. This is not a traditional lottery. No tickets are sold; entries are earned via transaction activity. All rewards come from transaction fees, not lottery sales. We’ll remain transparent and communicate any changes through official channels.
